Gregory Clinton

Gregory M. Clinton, born in Port Richmond, Phila., and long time resident of Glenside Pa., passed away Tuesday June 3, 2025. He was 75.
Gregory, son of Jerome and Helen L. Clinton (nee Winiarski); and brother of Nina Clinton, was a graduate of Father Judge High School. Earning his M.S in Psychology from Temple University in 1977, Greg devoted over 40 years as a Behavioral Specialist in his field of study, compassionately helping others.
Moving to the suburbs, he proudly served as a volunteer for over 20 years with the Abington Police Department, dedicating time to community events and working as a crossing guard for Sunday Mass at Saint Luke’s The Evangelist in Glenside.
Greg loved nothing more than reminiscing; telling stories about the “good old days” and growing up with his friends in “the neighborhood” of Phila.
He was the loving father to Courtney and Brooke Clinton and Son-in-law, Brad Driscoll.
As the proudest grandfather to grandsons, and his best buds, Clinton and Declan Driscoll, he was affectionately called “Mick”. Through his grandson’s, Mick was able to relive the joys and mischief of boyhood. He never missed an opportunity to get down on the ground to play with them or teach them about his beloved Philly sports teams.

Gregory’s life will be celebrated with family and friends as he is laid at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Bridesburg, Philadelphia Pa on Thursday June 12, 2025. A private family luncheon will take place afterwards.

Greg was my oldest friend which began in 1961, we saw each other almost every day, he coming by my house or the other way around. We would talk for hours on the phone, we would talk of our futures we shared the coming of age in an ever changing world. Greg adored his two daughters Brooke and Courtney and he was so in love with his two grandchildren. He wil be in my heart and soul forever. I’ll see you on the other side brother. Love ya Pal ✝️✝️🙏🙏 🇺🇸🇺🇸 Frank
