Sam Jamison was a prolific defensive basketball player for the Fairmount mens. basketball team in the late 50,s. I was the score keeper at the Boat house League on the east river drive where Sam excelled. He always defended the opposing teams ball handler. He taught all of us young kids the importance of pressure basketball.
