Russell Francis Aspell, of the Rhawnhurst section of Philadelphia , formerly of the Feltonville section, sadly passed away January 30, 2023, at the age of 62. Son of the late George and Marie Aspell. Father of Amanda Aspell and Russell Aspell. Grandfather of Asher, Caleb, Jackson and Savannah. Brother of the late Marie E. Berkley and Carol Ann Ansbro (Michael). Uncle of Jenna and Austin. As per Russell’s wishes, there will be no services.
