Rita Chatary, of the Philadelphia Protestant Home, passed away, on August 22, 2023, at age 90. Loving sister of Florence Behr (Fred) and Thomas Chatary. Predeceased by her sister, Mary Chatary and her brother, Frank Chatary. Sadly missed by many loving nieces and nephews. Rita worked at Strawbridges & Clothier in center city Philadelphia (shoe Department) for many years. In keeping with Rita’s wishes, she will be cremated. Once finalized, plans for a memorial service will be announced.
