Elvin Ramos, of Baltimore, MD, born in Fajardo Puerto Rico, sadly passed away January 30, 2024, at the age of 60. Elvin will be fondly remembered for his jokester personality and his talent for making the best coquito. His passion for hair led him to own his own salon at one point in time, where he was able to make a positive impact on many people’s lives. He was a wonderful dad, grandfather, son, brother, cousin and friend. Although he will be dearly missed, his loved ones take comfort in knowing that they will see him again soon, and that this is not a goodbye, but a see you later. Elvin is the loving son of Federico and Norma Ramos. Beloved father of Kelly Ramos (Guillermo) and Enid Ramos (Jesus). Cherished grandfather of Carlos, Isabel, Ian and Adrian. He will be missed by his brother, William Ramos (Nelly), his nieces and nephews, Igneris, William and Elvin, as well as several cousins and extended family. A memorial service for Elvin will be held on Sunday February 4th at Congregation of Yahweh (586 Main St. Paterson N.J. 07503) at 1:00pm. Elvin will be brought back to his favorite place in Puerto Rico, at a later date.
