Donny Reiss, 64, passed away on June 15, 2022 from natural causes. Even though a weakened body took him away from this world, his loving heart left a beacon of light for anyone who knew him. Donny was a special person who was always grateful for the simplest of things life could offer and never forgot an opportunity to say, “thank
s a lot”. Donny was challenged mentally with a severe mental illness most of his life yet if you knew him, you would quickly be touched by his grateful heart and his incredible memory from childhood on. Donny had a love of simple things such as HoneyNut Cheerios and Cinnamon Life cereals. Donny especially loved spending the holidays at his sister’s home where he slept in a large bed and ate like a king. Holidays were the highlight of his life and he really was excited about those visits. His cheerful attitude and smile will be missed by many. Donny is survived by his loving sister Cyndy and her three sons Nick, Dorian and Ryan, his brother Jay, half brother Daniel, and Stepmother Rhona.
