Diana Candelaria, of Levittown, Pa, passed away after struggling with illness, on December 16, 2024, at age 49. Beloved daughter of Santa Hernandez. Loving sister of Jose Candelaria (Ruth), also survived by her nieces, Stephanie Candelaria and Ashley Candelaria. Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 20, at 1:00pm precisely, Beechwood Cemetery 2026 Bensalem Blvd. Bensalem, PA 19020.
