Ashley Grookett Hammer, of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, sadly passed away on June 7, 2025, at the age of 56.
Beloved daughter of Betty Grookett and the late James Grookett. Wife of the late Gary Hammer. Loving mother of Billy Hammer, James Hammer, and the late Matthew Hammer. Grandmother of Addison and Hunter. Sister of Lynn Smith (Bob), aunt to Adam, Ian, and Eric, and great-aunt to Lou.
There will be a memorial service for Ashly on Tuesday, July 1st at 11:00 AM in St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 22 E Chestnut Hill Avenue, Chestnut Hill, PA, 19118.
