Virginia Regnery, of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away on July 9th, 2019 at the age of 67. Beloved daughter of the late Charles and Virginia Regnery. Loving sister of William Regnery and Charles Regnery (the late Catherine). At the request of the family there will be no services as Virginia’s wishes were to be cremated.
