Thomas J. Hample III, of the Millbrook section of Philadelphia, passed away on June 12th, 2021, at age 29. Loving grandson of Marie Ford (the late Robert Q.) Loving son of Lisa Hample. Brother of Michelle Sheehan (Matthew), Christina Acquaviva (Anthony) and Katherine Hample. Beloved uncle of Matthew C. Sheehan and Robert Q. Sheehan. Sadly missed by aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing and funeral on Monday, June 21st from 9:30 am – 10:30 am at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc 6711 Frankford Ave. There will be a prayer service at 10:30 am. Burial will be at a later date. Thomas will be laid to rest in Beechwood Cemetery.
