Thomas DeMarco, Jr.

Thomas A. DeMarco, Jr. “TD”, of the Tacony section of Philadelphia, passed away on December 24, 2021, at age 42. Loving father of Madelyn, Kennedy and Hayden. Beloved son of Shawn DeMarco. Brother of Antoinette “Toni” DeMarco (Mike), William “Billy” DeMarco (Nancy)  and Amy Haldeman (Michael). Sadly missed by his grandparents, Helen Schneider (Frank) as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. TD sure was one of a kind. His smile and sense of humor could light up any room. He was the main event of every gathering. He had a heart of gold and was one of the most genuine people you would ever meet. TD was very fortunate enough in receiving the gift of sobriety which provided many, many others the gift he received. He loved helping others with their struggles and never judged anyone. He enjoyed fishing, painting, gaming and definitely loved the book (Facebook). He was a true legend and the best girl dad around. He will be missed dearly. Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing and funeral on Thursday, January 6th from 9:30am – 11:00am at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc., 6711 Frankford Ave (between Unruh & Knorr Sts) There will be a prayer service at 11:00am in the funeral home.
