Spencer D. Cutler, formerly of West Chester, NY and Potomac, MD, passed away on November 9th, 2021, at age 28. Beloved son of Naomi Blackman and the late Scott Cutler. Survived by his brother, Wesley Cutler. At the request of the family, there will be no services.
