Sincera T. Barba

Sincera T. Barba, of the Northwood section of Philadelphia, born in the Philippines, passed away September 28th, 2020 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Amante Barba. Loving mother of Romulus Barba (Dean) and the late Charity Narvasa (Gregorio). Grandmother of Carlo, Akio, Gio and Patricia. Sister of the late Eduardo Tutaan and Ching Velasquez. There will be a Funeral Mass for Sincera on Friday October 9th at St. James Church (8320 Brookside Rd. Elkins Park, PA 19027) at 6:00PM. Her ashes will be taken to her homeland in the Philippines to be interred by her family at a later date.
