Rita Fitzpatrick – Viewing, Mass & Burial

Rita T. Fitzpatrick (nee Conway), passed away surrounded by her loving family on July 19th, 2019, at the age of 94. Loving mother of Jack Fitzpatrick (Donna) and Terry Fitzpatrick (Maryann). Devoted grandmom of Ryan Fitzpatrick (Julie). Great grandmother of Rylie and Jack. Also survived by 1 brother, John Conway (Peggy) and 1 sister, Peggy McMonagle. Family  and friends are invited to attend her viewing and funeral on Thursday July 25th from 9:00AM to 10:00AM in St. John Neumann Nursing Home (Chapel), 10400 Roosevelt Blvd. Philadelphia, PA 19116. There will be a funeral mass at 10:00AM  with burial to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Rita’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
