Raimunda Vega

Raimunda Vega, peacefully passed on April 28th, 2020 at the age of 106. As hard as it would be to believe, she lived a long, beautiful life. She was a strong woman of God, as she gave her life to the Lord consistently and faithfully. Raimunda lived her life always giving affection to everyone that came into her home. No one ever left her house without eating and having more to take home. Nothing excited her more than to see her grandchildren all together in one room seeing them grow and prosper. She was the person that  kept us together as much as she could. That is why today we’re not focusing on her passing but celebrating all 106 years of life that God blessed her with. Raimunda is the prime example of what it looks like  to “Walk by faith and not by Sight”(2 Corinthians 5:7) by allowing God to guide her through a long journey filled with many beautiful people. She was not perfect and she always tried her best to love and be as genuine as possible.  We can all learn from this beautiful woman how to take advantage of the time that you are blessed with. She always lived, she always loved, she always forgave,  and she lived by faith. Thank you for those of you who are here to support the family, in remembrance of Raimunda Vega. She leaves behind 5 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and 2 great great great grandchildren.
