Noreen Phelps, of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, passed away May 22nd, 2021 at the age of 61. Daughter of the late Ann Blagrave. Beloved mother of Lucas, Sarah and Lauren. Loving grandmother of Jacob. Devoted sister of Ann, Dawn, Georgeann, Collette and the late Donna and Eddie. She will be missed by her caring and loving boyfriend Dennis. At the request of the family there will be no services.
