Maureen Spinosa

Maureen Spinosa passed away peacefully on October 24, 2021, at the age of 81. She was born on October 10, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York to Eleanor and Eddie Gallagher. She married her lifetime friend and love Eddie Spinosa on February 14,1960, who preceded her in death in 2008. Maureen’s greatest love was her family, and all her children and grandchildren were proud to call her mom and grandma. Though Maureen’s health was failing for years, her joy for life and indomitable spirit kept her pushing through the pain. Despite her struggles, she provided support and love for her family. She leaves behind a very loud and crazy family that she was very proud of and loved so very much. Maureen was world-renowned for lack of being on time for everything and the last to leave, always the life of the party. She was notorious for not holding back her opinion and a knack for telling it like it is. Her family grieves her loss but takes comfort knowing Eddie and Maureen are together again with all their heavenly family. Oh, what a party that must be! Maureen was a longtime resident of Levittown, PA and Munster, IN where she raised her family. Beloved wife of Edmund Spinosa. Loving Mother of Stephen Spinosa (Sally), Doreen Zadrozny (Robert), and Danielle Spinosa. Beloved grandmother to Anthony, Angelique (fiancé Kyle), Taylor Sr., Mary (George), Stephanie (Joseph), Sean, Stone, Gina and Braedin.  Great Grandmother to Taylor Jr. and Sophia. Predeceased by her siblings Georgiann Gage and Robert Gallagher. Sister-in-law of Robert Spinosa (Simone) and sadly missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation and funeral on Saturday, November 27th from 8:30am – 9:30am at St. Frances Cabrini RC Church, (325 S. Oxford Valley Rd, Fairless Hills PA 19030). There will be a funeral mass at 9:30am with entombment to follow at Beachwood cemetery. Please omit flowers.
