Marisol Agramonte

Marisol Agramonte, age 45, passed away on Thursday, May 28th, 2020 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Loving Mother of Taylor Ann, Jeremy Jordan, grandmother of Caleb, beloved daughter of Rev. Hector Carreras and Ana Julia Carreras (nee Alvelo); and dedicated sister of Raquel Yvette Carreras-Berrios, Hector Juan Carreras, Linda Carreras, Angel Carreras, and and the late Orlando Carreras. As per the request of Marisol and in compliance with social-distancing guidelines, the funeral services will be extended to immediate family only. The Carreras family would like to extend immense gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this period of bereavement.
