Luisa Lebrón Vázquez

Luisa Lebrón Vázquez, of the Frankford section of Philadelphia, born in Puerto Rico, passed away September 25th, 2020 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Urbano Torres. Loving mother of Luz Maria, Luisa Evelyn, Carmen, Elsie, Jorge, Minerva, Victor and the late Miguel, Roberto and Urbano Jr. She is also survived by her 29 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren.  Family and friends are invited to gather, remember and celebrate Luisa’s life on Thursday October 1st,  at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) You may visit and comfort Luisa’s family during the viewing from 9:30AM-11:00AM in the Funeral Home. A private Prayer Service will be conducted at 11:00AM. There will be no cemetery that day, as further arrangements will be made in her homeland, Guayama, Puerto Rico. She will be laid to rest in Cemeterio Municipal Guayama. Due to the current health concerns, face masks are required, and there will be a limit of 25 people at a time inside of the funeral home.
