Joseph Perkins, of Northeast Phila., passed away February 3rd, 2021 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Cathy Perkins “nee Painter.” He will be missed by several children, step-children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren as well as many extended family members and friends. Due to the health concerns a private memorial service will be held by Joseph’s family. Interment with Military Honors to follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
