Joseph G. Shields – Visitation & Funeral Mass

Joseph G. Shields, of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away on July 10th, 2019 at the age of 64. Loving father of Michael J. Shields (Ava Nolfi) and Gina Shields. Brother of Thomas Shields (Deb), Steven Shields, Joanne Charpentier (James), John Shields (Katie) and the late Michael Shields. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember and celebrate  Joseph’s life on Monday July 15th at St. Anselm Catholic Church 12670 Dunks Ferry Rd. Phila., PA 19154. You may visit and comfort the Shields family during the visitation from 11:30AM-1:00PM in the church. There will be a Funeral Mass at 1:00PM. There will be no cemetery that day as Joseph’s wishes were to be cremated.
