Henry Sauer

Henry Sauer, of the Tacony section of our city, passed away surrounded by his loving family, on April 3rd, 2020, at age 66. Beloved husband of Deborah Sauer (nee Snyder). Loving father of Christa Smolenski (Michael), and Jacqueline Sauer (Andrew Gormley). Devoted grandfather of Ava Rose Smolenski and Bella Madison Gormley. Brother of John Sauer (Donna) and the late Victoria Scarcia and Bill Sauer. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Brother-in-law of Jean Blount (the late Bob), Eric Snyder (Denise), Michael Snyder, Therese Carroll (John) and the late Linda Wilkinson (Tom). Because of the current health concerns, Henry’s family has decided to hold a memorial at a later time, so that everybody may attend.  In lieu of flowers please make donations in Henry’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
