David W. Burger

David W. Burger, of East Stroudsburg PA, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away July 13th, 2020 at the age of 55. Beloved son of Rosalie Hartigan (nee Cardinali). Loving father of Kelly Lynn Grohs (Walt). Devoted brother of Gary Hartigan. Loving companion of Elaine Sivel. He will be missed by his step-children Loree Leahy and Amy Flynn and by his grandchildren Kaitlin, Halie, Bryanna, Alyssa, Erin and Ellie Mae. Due to the current health crisis, David’s family will be holding a private viewing and service.
