Autumn Keeley Poulton

Autumn Keeley Poulton, of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, passed away on October 6th, 2020, suddenly at age 18. Beloved mother of Nathan. Loving daughter of Frank Poulton (Joan Hudson) and the late Lynnmarie Keeley. Sister of Ashley Costello, Jessica Curran (Tim), Christy Poulton, Shyla Poulton and the late Madison Poulton. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, Robert, Briana, Mark, Luke, Mason and Madilyn. Granddaughter of Donna Romano, Maryjean Keeley and Ron Keeley. Also survived by many aunts and uncles. Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation and funeral on Thursday October 15th from 9:30 am – 11:00 am at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr Sts) There will be a Prayer Service at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Because of the current health concerns, face masks are required and there will be a limit of 25 people at a time inside of the funeral home.
