Anthony Velazquez

Anthony Velazquez., age 27 of Philadelphia, passed away on June 11, 2020. He was born in Manhattan, NY on January 29, 1993 to Melissa Esteves and Ivan Martinez. He was a care giver for Horizon House and RHD for 4yrs. Anthony attended Fels High School. He liked cars, music, playing on his phones and being with his family. Anthony is survived by his father Julio R. Esteves from Puerto Rico, mother Melissa Esteves from Brooklyn NY, daughters Alanie and Jaelynn Velazquez and brother Julio Esteves from Philadelphia. Grandparents Frances and Todd Bragg and Gaspar & Carmen Esteves and grandmom Chile Morales, Aunts & Uncles, Arturo & Sonia Velazquez, Nelson & Yolanda, Javier, Edgar & Heidy Esteves, Cousins, Julio and Juleah Blanco, Juan, Jennifer and Jonathan Rodriguez, Taytiana Rivera, Gina, Adam, Bebo, Isabella, Alex, Isabelle, David, Moises, Ivan and many other family members. He was preceded in death by his brother Salvador Pagan and uncle Julio F. Blanco. Because of the current health concerns, Anthony’s family will have a private viewing and prayer service.
