Alfred A. Ackiewicz Jr.

Alfred A. Ackiewicz Jr., of Northeast Philadelphia, suddenly passed away September 2nd, 2019 at the age of 55. Son of the late Alfred A. Ackiewicz Sr. and Mary Ackiewicz. Beloved father of Alfred Ackiewicz III and Adam Ackiewicz. Loving brother of  Mary Garvin (the late Dan) and Judy Brown (Mike). Uncle of Matthew Ackiewicz (Susan), Rebecca Brown, Jesse Brown, Olivia Ackiewicz, Alexa Ackiewicz and Owen Ackiewicz. Former husband of Kelly Ackiewicz. Also survived by Uncle Paul Strenshock, his first cousins Susan and Paula and their children. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember and celebrate Alfred’s life on Tuesday September 10th at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) You may visit and comfort Alfred’s family during the visitation from 9:30AM-11:00AM. There will be a Prayer Service at 11:00AM in the Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Magnolia Cemetery.
