In Memory of Adrian Munteanu

Adrian Munteanu, 46 years old passed away unexpectedly on January 5th, 2021 at his home in Philadelphia due to COVID-19 complications.  Adrian was born in Bucharest, Romania to Marioara and Costachi Munteanu on June 3rd, 1974.  He started school in Bucharest and attended junior college in Philadelphia.  He worked as an associate for ShopRite and Parx Casino for more than twenty-five years.  His family and close friends remember him as a very kind, generous, and caring person.  Adrian liked swimming, wrestling, and hiking. We will never forget him. His father Costachi Munteanu precedes Adrian in death. He is also survived by his mother Marioara, his sister Mihaela Munteanu, his brother-in-law Jeffrey Seeburger and other family members and close cousins living in Romania and America. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no viewing. A graveside service will be held at 10 AM EDT on Wednesday, January 13th, 2021 at Magnolia Cemetery (4500 Levick St Phila., PA 19135) with Rev. Fr. Prof. Nicolai Buga of the Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church officiating. Please meet us at the cemetery gate. Arrangements are being held by McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc.
