Shirley Ann Carr

Shirley Ann Carr (nee Lord), of the Holmesburg section of Philadelphia, passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on October 6th, 2019, at the age of 83.  Loving mother of Michael B. Carr, Jeri Schaffer, David Carr (Lisa) and the late Sharon Brown.  Also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Sister of David Lord and MaryKay Namiotka. She will be sadly missed by all,  including many nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held at Holmesburg Baptist Church (7927 Frankford Ave.) on Saturday October 26th, 11:00AM. Reception to follow in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Shirley’s memory to Pennsylvania SPCA.
