Shane Clarke

Shane Ulric Clarke, of the Overbrook section of Philadelphia, passed away on April 27th, 2020, at age 30. Beloved son of  Andrea and Ulric Clarke. Loving brother of Serae Clarke, Melissa Clarke and Neil Clarke.  Shane was very intelligent and creative. He had an intellectual mind and was very articulate. Shane was very lovable and a caring person. He loved to laugh and make others laugh and his smile would brighten the room. Shane was a paralegal by trade, who loved Marvel Comics and DC Comics, with his favorites being Batman and Superman. However, Shane wanted to follow his dream of being a stand-up comedian and actor. He was a people person and got along with all walks of life. He was humorous, personable, and kind. The earth lost a precious gem and our love for him is limitless. He will be sadly missed by those that loved him dearly. Because of the current health concerns, Shane’s family will have a private graveside prayer service and burial. He will be laid to rest in Magnolia Cemetery. On behalf of Shane’s family, thank you for your love, support and understanding.
