Irene Helen Clauhs (nee Dunn) of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, passed away on March 12th, 2021, at age 78. Loving mother of Deborah Kostingo and Jeffrey Clauhs. Devoted grandmother of David and Danielle. Sadly missed by her great granddaughter, Alaina. Sister of Theresa Johnson (the late Rolf) and Anita Brown. All services and burial will be held in private by her family as Irene’s wishes were to be cremated.
