Helen M. Howlett (nee Moore), formerly of South Philadelphia, passed away on September 7th, 2019, at the age of 74. Mother of Helen Howlett, Anna Brennan and Michael Joner (Shelah). Survived by 4 grandchildren. At the request of the family all services will be held at a later date.
