David N. Dominguez 7/18/85, light dimmed unexpectedly on 12/23/19. In the loving arms of Best friend/brother Justin Gretton and cousin/sister Gianni Dominguez @ Jefferson University hospital. Survived by loving mother Karen Rivera and deceased father Juan Dominguez, his sister Gabriella Rivera and his brother Alex Rivera. Loving grandson of Lynn Loughran and Carmen Casiano. Loving Aunt Kim Chura and Uncle Huggie Dominguez, along with cousins and many friends, that his bright light shined upon. No one was a stranger, he loved with all his heart and gave all he was. He will be missed greatly. May his light still shine in our hearts.
