David Gentner

David Gentner, of the Oxford Circle section of our city, passed away on March 5th, 2020, at age 59. Loving brother of Wayne Gentner (Maureen), Denise Lundy, Albert Gentner (Kimberley), Jimmy Gentner (Kim), Lisa Calter (Chuck), and the late Gary Gentner. Father of Luke. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Helene Gentner. David was a coach for the Oxford Circle Raiders for many years, and was also a member of the City Champion Frankford HS Football Team in 1978. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember and celebrate David’s life on Friday March 13th at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr Sts) You may visit and comfort  David’s family during the visitation from 2:30-4:00 PM in the Funeral Home. There will be a Remembrance Service at 4:00 pm (also in the Funeral Home). In lieu of flowers please make donations in David’s memory to Oxford Circle Raiders 5051 Sommerdale Ave. Phila., PA 19124.
