Daniel Ciuckis

Daniel Ciuckis, of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away on January 11th, 2020, at age 31. Beloved son of Patricia (nee Hartman) and the late Richard Ciuckis. Loving brother of Brian, Jenny, Francis, Andrew and the late Nicholas. Also survived by his grandmother, Rose Hartman and many nieces and nephews. At the request of Daniel’s family, the funeral service will be private. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Daniel’s memory to the National Juvenile Diabetes Association.
