Charles Patrick O’Neill III

Charles Patrick O’Neill III, of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away February 17th, 2020 at the age of 59. Son of the late Charles Patrick O’Neill Jr. (Pat) and Maryann Rogers (Joseph) Loving father of Charles Patrick IV, Nicholas, Ryan Patrick and Joseph Charles “J.C.” Beloved brother of Dorothy Ziemer (Tommy), Joanne O’Neill, Thomas O’Neill (Maureen), Rita Marie O’Neill, Michael O’Neill, James O’Neill (Katie), Tricia Hynes (Justin), Joe Rogers and John Rogers. Also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and 8 great nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers please make a check out to Chalie O’Neill III Children Memorial Fund at Police and Fire Federal Credit Union (3330 Grant Ave. Phila., PA 19114) for Charles’ younger children Joseph Charles “J.C.” and Ryan Patrick, in his memory. A Memorial gathering will be held on Saturday February 22nd at St. Anselm Church 12670 Dunks Ferry Rd. Phila., PA 19154 from 11:00AM-12:00PM. There will be a Funeral Mass at 12:00PM. Private interment will be at a later date.
