Charles E. Wolanski, of the Frankford section of Philadelphia, passed away on October 30th, 2021, at age 66. Loving father of Tracy Wolanski, Charlie Wolanski, Shannon Wolanski, Christopher Wolanski and Amber Wolanski. Sadly missed by 9 grandchildren and his loving companion, Carmen Galindez. At the request of the family, there will be no services.
