Catherine M. Burns

Catherine Marie Burns (nee Beck), of the Somerton section of Philadelphia, passed away on February 18th, 2021, at age 88. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Burns. Loving mother of Ronald Burns (Darlene), Beth Ennis (Michael), Donna Ricketts (Perry), Keith Burns (Janine) and Catherine Cifelli (Massimo). Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing and funeral on Thursday, February 25th from 11:00am – 12:00 noon at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr Sts) There will be a prayer service at 12:00 noon in the funeral home. Burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery. Because of the current health concerns, face masks are required and social distancing must be observed.
