Carol Lynn Cutler

Carol Lynn Cutler, of Bensalem, PA, passed away on February 9th, 2020, at age 68.  Loving mother of Dawn Smith (Edward Kennedy) and William Dickel. Grandmother of Katelyn Devine, Samantha Smith and Laura Smith. Great grandmother of Connor Joseph Devine and Olivia Marie Skelley. Survived by her father William Cutler and her sister, Cheryl Cutler. There will be  no services, as Carol’s wishes were to be cremated and have her cremated remains scattered off the coast of Assateague Island. All memorial contibutions may be made in Carol’s memory to Pennsylvania SPCA.
