Americus William Minauro

Americus William Minauro, of the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia, passed away on April 18th, 2021 at the age of 90. Son of the late Louis and Mary Minauro. Husband of the late Catherine Minauro. Beloved father of Louis Minauro (Marie), Paul Minauro (Madeline), Anthony Minauro (Barbara), Kathleen Minauro, Patricia Boyle (the late Joseph), Michael Minauro (Mary Ann), Diane Woods (Howard) and Annette Schuima (William). Loving grandfather of Melissa Holton (William), Heather Minauro, Jamie Marshall (Thomas), Michael Minauro, Catherine Woods, Emilie Boyle and Gregory Woods. Great-grandfather of Riley Holton, William Holton Jr., Grace Marshall and Jax Marshall. Brother of Mary Tourish as well as the late John Minauro and Louis Minauro. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews Kathy Klein, Kevin Tourish, Karen Dalton, Brian Tourish, Paul Tourish, Cathy Erdek, Anthony Volz and Ronald Volz Jr. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember and celebrate Americus’ life on Wednesday April 21st at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) You may visit and comfort Americus’ family during the viewing from 9:30AM-10:30AM. There will be a words of remembrance service at 10:30AM. Burial to follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
